Privacy and personal data
This site does not follow you
No cookies, no trackers, no analytics, no social buttons, no fonts loaded from an outside server. That is why no consent banner appears: there is nothing to consent to.
The contact form
The information entered — name, email address, subject, message — is used solely to reply. It is never sold, shared or used for marketing, and is kept only as long as necessary.
The form is not a medical channel. It must not be used to describe symptoms or request advice: health data is subject to a specific regime and is not handled by ordinary email.
Medical confidentiality
Professional secrecy binds the doctor under article R.4127-4 of the public health code and article 226-13 of the criminal code. The medical record is created and kept as part of care, independently of this website.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended, everyone has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of their data. These rights are exercised with the data controller, whose details appear in the legal notice.
A complaint may be lodged with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07.
Where the data is held
The site is hosted within the European Union. No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area.
